Apps have become an important part of tracking my life goals, especially when it comes to fitness, meditation and healthy eating.
I love the convenience of these apps for not only tracking my progress but also keeping me accountable toward my goals.

Mindfulness meditation delivered to your mobile device. Choose from soothing scenes and sounds such as a summer meadow or a mountain lake to contemplate as you breathe and unwind. Timed meditation or open-ended, and guided meditation programs such as 21 days of calm and 7 days managing stress.

The Cronometer blog provides good info on topics from marconutrients to using the apps newest features.
