Major: I saw this company on Shark Tank a while back and now I’m seeing these awesome home shirts everywhere. I think it’s time to cave and get one for Washington.
Munch: Step aside avocado toast. Avocado POTATO toast is the new sheriff in town.
Motivate: Keeping a food journal may help you shed those extra pounds. One study shows that those who keep food journals lose twice as much weight.
Move: Bodyweight Tabatas are workouts you can do at home with no equipment. A Tabata is a high-intensity workout where you do 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds, repeating the series for 8 rounds. It’s only 4 minutes of work but let me tell you, it’s a butt-kicker!
